It's an honest and unedited measure of how well we're doing, according to actual customers who've done business with us in the past few months.

Our dealership's rating is based on information collected from our customer satisfaction surveys conducted by MINI USA for new car sales and service transactions over the last 90 days, by an independent, third-party company. Neither MINI USA nor any MINI Dealers can alter the ratings or comments.

Long story short, I looked at the Mini Cooper S 8 years ago at Crevier and with Kirk Larsen who took me for a test drive. In the end I wasn't able to purchase a new car at that time, but was determined to own one one day and to but it from Kirk, because the experience had been so enjoyable - he is so personable and interesting and not at all pushy. So that's why I went straight to Crevier and asked for Kirk when I finally could buy my Mini! It is exactly what I wanted - red Cooper S with a white roof that now bears a Union Jack (I'm English).     "Jason Beers helped me with my "in a bind" situation and I was helped right away with no problem (maybe because it was really early in the AM-I didn't have an appointment but he accompanied me when I arrived).
